App vs. Browser: Which Should You Use?
Our native Android app offers offline account caching, so you can view your balance and transaction history even without internet. Push notifications alert you when new live-dealer tables open or when Liga 1 matches are about to start. The app loads faster than the browser because it stores game assets locally. However, the web version works on any device and requires no installation—ideal if you switch between phones or prefer not to download. Both paths use the same secure login, two-factor authentication, and encrypted payment processing. Choose the app for speed and notifications; choose the browser for flexibility and instant access.
Device Compatibility
astor33 supports Android 7.0 and above on phones and tablets. For iOS, we recommend iOS 12 or later; the web app works on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Minimum screen size is 4 inches (most modern phones qualify). We test on Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, and iPhone models commonly used in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. If you have an older device, the web version may work but with reduced performance; we recommend upgrading to Android 8+ or iOS 13+ for the best experience.
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If you see "Unknown sources" warning on Android, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it temporarily. This allows you to install the astor33 APK directly. Some devices may show a certificate warning; this is normal for direct APK installation. Verify the file name matches "astor33-casino-app.apk" before installing. If the APK fails to install, try downloading again or use the web version instead. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, make sure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that you have enough storage space. If the app crashes on launch, restart your device and try again. Contact our support team if problems persist.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The astor33 app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo verification), microphone (for live-dealer audio), and location (optional, to verify jurisdiction compliance). We do not sell or share these permissions with third parties. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication: after you sign in, we send a code to your registered email or phone. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings. Never share your password or authentication codes with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We store your KYC documents securely and delete them after verification is complete, unless local law requires longer retention.
